[ It’s an average day for Gaku—photo shoot in the morning, interview for a magazine in the early afternoon, and then practice in the evening. He’s currently between the interview and practice, killing time at a bookstore. Donning a hat and a black facemask, Gaku does his best not to attract a whole lot of attention so he doesn’t disturb the people around him simply trying to shop. Most people don’t like to deal with swarms of fans around a celebrity while simply going about their day, after all, and with his disguise he simply looks like someone with a cold.
He’s flipping through a magazine featuring a fellow idol group he knows when he hears something drop near him. When he glances over, he spots a wallet and immediately picks it up before its owner can get much further. Speaking of… there’s a woman walking away from where that wallet was dropped. She sticks out like a sore thumb, tall and most definitely a foreigner. ]
[ In a standard Lacy fashion, of course she clumsily drops her wallet in the middle of a shop without realising that it's missing. Thank God for Gaku because without him, she never would've learned that she lost it until hours later. It's a miracle that this woman is allowed to leave the house for how often she finds herself in situations like this. Fortunately, she isn't alone on this trip, and has a native Japanese speaker here with her. Her friend is absent right now while Lacy enjoys a bit of shopping. ]
Oh, Christ!
[ When she turns around, she notices the very kind masked stranger holding out her wallet, prompting her to bring her hands up to her face as she gasps in surprise. ]
Thank you so much! You're a lifesaver! [ --And, wow. This is the first time someone has spoken English to her during this trip! Apart from Yurina. ]
[ He smiles, only obvious with the way corners of his eyes crinkle above his mask. While his English is pretty good, it does take him just a second to fully register what she says. ]
It's no problem. Are you visiting?
[ Her accent and the fact that she's speaking English certainly gives her away, along with the fact that she doesn't seem to recognize him. And that, oddly enough, is what has him staying even if he might struggle a bit in this conversation. ]
[ But this confirms that she definitely has no idea who he is. His friend might, but he doesn't see her here, so he won't entertain that thought for now. ]
[ He laughs. While he isn't sure of the exact meaning of a shithole, he certainly knows what "shit" is. It isn't exemplary behavior for an idol to know curse words in another language, but he couldn't help but look them up. ]
Really? Are you learning Japanese?
[ That would be a good reason for her to stay even longer, honestly, if she's serious about staying. ]

[ So sorry Gaku for how strong her English accent is, though. It's very rustic but she's speaking slowly and doing her best. ]
You live here then?

--Trip! Hahaha ...
[ Nice one, Lacy. ]
I won't be going back to England 'til Autumn.
runs back in here at full speed
It takes him a moment or two to fully comprehend her and form his own question back. ]
That's a long time, isn't it?
SCREAMS AS I RUN BACK AT YOU
[ Way to go, Lacy! Swearing in front of a stranger! She mentally scolds herself for that. ]
hehehe
